WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Manager, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement (ProEx&CI) supports Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Business Process Management initiatives across GBS and selected enterprise functions.

Working with process owners, GPO teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and deliver transformation initiatives using BPM, Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Process Excellence, CI and BPM projects from problem definition through solution design and implementation.
Facilitate process discovery, improvement and future-state design workshops.
Analyze processes, performance data and stakeholder input to identify pain points, root causes and improvement opportunities.
Apply Lean Six Sigma, VSM, BPM and other improvement techniques to deliver measurable outcomes.
Support process modeling, documentation and process lifecycle activities.
Facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.
Support CI/BPM training, coaching and knowledge-sharing activities.
Track project outcomes, productivity opportunities and efficiency benefits.
Partner with process owners and stakeholders to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

4+ years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, BPM, Operational Excellence, Shared Services or business transformation.
Experience delivering process improvement or transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, VSM, BPM or comparable process improvement methodologies is a must.
Lean Six Sigma training or certification is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Experience in process mapping and analysis.
Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
Good project and process management capabilities.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Change management experience or certification is an advantage.
Full professional proficiency in English.
