At Hamilton Beach Brands, we look for people who are collaborative, curious, and motivated to make meaningful impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Manager, Product Information and Digital Assets to help ensure our product content is accurate, complete, and ready to reach consumers across websites, retailers, marketplaces, and international markets.

In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day business operations of our Centric Product Experience Management (PXM) platform and lead the processes used to organize, approve, manage, and distribute product information and digital assets. From product specifications and descriptions to images, videos, and translated content, you’ll help teams deliver consistent, reliable information wherever our products appear.

This full-time, hybrid position is based at our corporate headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia, and reports to the Business Operations Manager, Marketing.

Salary Range: $87,990 - $106,845 Annually

What You’ll Do

  • Own platform operations. Manage users, permissions, templates, workflows, approval routing, dashboards, and standard settings. Partner with IT and Centric on advanced configuration and technical changes.
  • Maintain accurate product content. Establish clear standards for product data, categories, naming conventions, and asset metadata, along with ownership and approval requirements for specifications, descriptions, claims, images, videos, packaging, and Use & Care materials.
  • Support retailers and digital channels. Partner with Sales, Customer Business Development, and Digital Commerce to distribute approved content, match product information to channel requirements, resolve rejected records, and support publication schedules and new channels.
  • Improve content workflows. Lead process improvements across content creation, approval, translation, digital asset management, catalog generation, and publication.
  • Manage digital assets. Work with Creative teams and agencies to coordinate asset intake, review, approval, file versions, usage rights, archiving, and access.
  • Support international content. Coordinate English, French, and Spanish content workflows with stakeholders in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, including translations, regional approvals, and market-specific requirements.
  • Connect systems and processes. Partner with Business Operations to align PXM with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), supporting reliable information flow from product development through commercialization.
  • Help teams use the platform effectively. Provide first-line business support, coordinate issue resolution, and develop training, standard operating procedures, job aids, and onboarding materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resources. Coordinate support, enhancement requests, service reviews, licensing, renewals, and platform and service budgets.
  • Measure and improve performance. Track content accuracy, data completeness, user adoption, workflow timing, publication success, and issue resolution. Evaluate responsible uses of AI and automation to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Product Experience Management (PXM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), content distribution, content workflow, or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes, build alignment, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
  • A strong understanding of product data, digital assets, classification standards, metadata, approval workflows, localization, and content distribution across channels.
  • Strong problem-solving and process-management skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and operating standards.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to identify data quality issues, determine root causes, and measure improvement.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to train and support technical and nontechnical users.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in product information management, digital asset management, product operations, marketing operations, data governance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Centric PXM, strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing software vendors, support relationships, enhancement requests, contracts, licensing, or platform budgets.
  • Experience supporting multilingual or international content, retailer content distribution, e-commerce platforms, or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with reporting, collaboration, ticketing, or workflow tools.
