Role Description The Manager Product Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, including defining product vision, shaping roadmaps, and prioritizing features aligned with business and customer needs. The manager collaborates closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, and operations teams to translate market and user insights into clear requirements and successful releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, gathering customer feedback, tracking product performance metrics, and managing cross-functional project execution. The role also involves guiding go-to-market activities, ensuring timely delivery, and continuously improving products that leverage EyeGo.ai’s Physical AI and spatial intelligence capabilities.
Qualifications

• Strong Product Management and Product Development skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and lifecycle execution.
• Proficiency in Product Strategy and Analytical Skills to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in AI, computer vision, IoT, or edge computing products, preferably in smart cities, industrial, or security domains.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Cairo, collaborating across multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products, driving customer adoption, and improving product performance over time.
