WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Programmatic Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own programmatic strategy and execution across Display, Online Video, CTV, and retail media. Apply deep channel expertise to ensure campaigns are structured, optimized, and executed against client goals.

Manage and Develop Talent
Manage and mentor a small team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing coaching, reviewing work, and ensuring high-quality, accurate execution. Help team members build greater ownership and independence over time.

Own Client Relationships
Serve as the primary relationship owner for small to mid-sized clients or as the programmatic channel lead within larger enterprise accounts. Present performance, recommendations, and strategic opportunities with confidence across stakeholder levels.

Drive Account Strategy and Growth
Independently develop data-backed account strategies and identify opportunities to grow client relationships through new channels, creative concepts, bid strategies, attribution approaches, upsells, and cross-sells.

Analyze Performance and Turn Data Into Action
Compile and analyze campaign data with a high degree of accuracy, identify meaningful trends and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations that improve performance and solve complex business challenges.

Partner Across Creative and Media Teams
Collaborate with Creative and cross-functional media teams to develop rapid testing strategies, strengthen the overall media mix, and ensure programmatic efforts support broader client objectives.

Build Strong Platform and Publisher Partnerships
Vet and manage relationships with DSPs, publishers, and other media partners across the client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, capabilities, and solutions that can improve performance.

Operate with Independence
Own account and channel strategy with limited oversight, proactively solving complex problems and balancing hands-on channel expertise with growing responsibility for people, clients, and strategic outcomes.
