- Lead, support and develop the regional marketing team, providing clear direction, managing workload and performance, and supporting ongoing capability development.
- Act as the central coordination point between Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, aligned timelines and effective execution.
- Oversee regional campaigns, content and communications across channels including email, social media, paid media and marketing automation, ensuring activities are high quality, on-brand and aligned with regional goals.
- Plan and manage regional events and training programs that drive engagement and support commercial objectives.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, purchase orders and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective delivery and a strong return on investment.
- Monitor campaign and pipeline performance, using data and insights to improve lead generation, conversion and marketing ROI.
- Ensure regional marketing activities are effectively scoped, prioritized, tracked and reported, maintaining visibility of progress, risks and dependencies.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, automation and reporting, helping to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Regional Marketing.
About You:

- You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requirements and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can build effective working relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and other internal and external stakeholders.
