IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for assigned regions, including sourcing vendors, managing RFP/RFQ processes, evaluating commercial proposals, preparing recommendations for award, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. The role will also oversee procurement approvals, contract renewals, vendor work allocation, and Purchase Order creation in SAP, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Powers (DoP), and established timelines.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Develop sourcing strategies and identify existing and potential vendors for RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes, including vendor communication, commercial evaluation, and tender documentation.
• Prepare comparative statements and conduct analytical reviews of vendor pricing against market benchmarks.
• Prepare recommendations for award and cases for approval in line with procurement policies and DoP.
• Ensure timely renewal of Frame Agreements and effective distribution of work among contracted vendors.
• Obtain required approvals and ensure timely creation of Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all relevant information is captured in SAP.
• Monitor and report procurement activities, including open PR/POs, RFP/RFQs, and procurement cycle performance.
• Ensure procurement activities are completed within defined timelines while achieving cost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders, vendors, and the Regional Procurement team to ensure smooth procurement operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.

Technical Competency:

• Contract Drafting
• ERP SAP Hanna
• Contract Drafting & Negotiations
• TCO analysis
• Price Negotiations with vendors
