In this Role You Will

Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards covering revenue, profitability, forecasts, budgets, sales pipelines, sales performance, customers, products, and regional analysis. Oversee KPI dashboards, perform revenue reconciliation, and prepare standardized management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, previous-year performance, and established targets. Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities to minimize manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance turnaround time.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards for revenue, KPIs, profitability, forecasts, budgets, sales performance, and Business Solutions reporting, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
• Perform revenue reconciliation and financial oversight by validating dashboard figures against source systems and financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for the Business Solutions segment, providing variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, previous-year performance, and targets, along with actionable business insights.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Product, IT, CRM, and other stakeholders to collect and validate data, resolve reporting issues, and ensure timely delivery of accurate management reports.
• Ensure dashboard and reporting governance through appropriate access controls, version management, data confidentiality, and standardized reporting practices, while identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance.

• ACCA/CA/CIMA
• MBA preferable

Experience:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial planning and analysis, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.

• Power BI Dashboard Reporting
