About the Role
You will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, and other teams to develop compelling, accurate, and differentiated responses to prospective and existing customers.
Success in this role requires someone who is highly collaborative, commercially minded, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. You should be able to bring people together around tight deadlines without creating unnecessary process or friction.
What You'll Do
- Own the RFP process end-to-end, from intake and qualification through response development, review, submission, and post-RFP learnings.
- Be a player-coach: personally lead strategic and complex RFPs while providing guidance, structure, and support to others contributing to responses.
- Partner closely with Sales and Solutions Consulting to understand the customer, competitive landscape, and win strategy behind each response.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other subject-matter experts.
- Create a collaborative working model that makes it easy for teams to contribute while maintaining clear accountability and deadlines.
- Develop compelling proposal narratives that clearly articulate our differentiation, capabilities, and value.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of approved RFP content, customer evidence, product information, security responses, and other reusable materials.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve response speed, consistency, and quality.
- Establish processes and metrics to improve turnaround time, response quality, and RFP win rates.
- Coach stakeholders on RFP best practices and raise the quality of proposals across the organization.
- Help shape the future RFP function as the business grows, including processes, technology and operating model
