Job Description
The Manager, Sales Process drives the evolution, adoption, and optimization of our global sales processes, Salesforce CRM ecosystem, and integrated sales technology landscape. You will serve as a critical bridge between various stakeholders, including sellers, sales leaders, operations, IT, and cross-functional partners. It ensures that our sales processes and tools ensure efficient execution, accurate forecasting, reliable pipeline management, and scalable revenue growth.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, the manager oversee a high-performing team responsible for Salesforce capabilities, sales process governance, system integrations, and field adoption strategies. You'll connect strategy, process improvement, and technology to solve business challenges and make it easier for sellers to succeed.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Process Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes to increase seller productivity, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to simplify, standardize, and automate key sales workflows.
- Translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions.
- Establish governance that balances global consistency with requirements.
Own Salesforce CRM Strategy and Optimization
- Lead Salesforce roadmap planning, enhancements, and capability deployment.
- Partner with IT, Sales Operations, and business leaders to prioritize and implement CRM improvements.
- Optimize Salesforce to support opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, and sales execution.
- Maintain CRM governance and data quality standards to improve visibility and decision-making.
Drive Sales Process Adoption and Discipline
- Define and track adoption metrics for sales processes, CRM utilization, and pipeline management.
- Address process gaps and implement strategies that drive lasting behavioral change.
- Partner with Enablement and Sales Leadership to develop training, coaching, and reinforcement programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Integrate Sales Systems and Seller Workflows
- Lead integration of Salesforce with the broader sales technology ecosystem to improve seller workflows.
- Optimize connections across CRM, analytics, enablement, AI, and other sales platforms.
- Evaluate latest capabilities and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and business impact.
- Ensure sellers and leaders have easy access to the tools, insights, and content needed to execute effectively.
Partner Across Functions
- Be a trusted advisor to Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, Customer Success, and Enablement leaders.
- Balance stakeholder priorities while aligning initiatives to business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional governance, communication, and decision-making.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Coach and develop a team responsible for sales process excellence and CRM capabilities.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear priorities, execution rhythms, and performance expectations.
- Strengthen organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and knowledge sharing.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales process, CRM management, revenue operations, or related commercial excellence functions.
- Experience leading Salesforce CRM initiatives, enhancements, or transformations.
- Experience driving cross-functional business initiatives and organizational change.
- Experience supporting complex global sales organizations.
- Knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and opportunity management practices.
- Experience with sales technology ecosystems, integrations, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled seller tools.
