Manager, Strategic Projects

Overview

Edison Elm is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to work directly with the CEO across a range of evolving business initiatives. This is a trusted, execution-focused role that spans software project coordination, vendor and supplier liaison, and internal process design, with the flexibility to grow into broader responsibilities as the company scales.

You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives forward — from launching digital platforms like CableIQ™ and EasyStock™, to assisting in the development of new operational capabilities including manufacturing of EdisonSelect™ Signature Brands and corporate process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, adapts quickly, and turns ideas into execution.

• Liaise with software vendors on platforms like CableIQ™ and the EasyStock™ tool. Oversee feature development, testing, and rollout to ensure alignment with business goals.
  

• Support initiatives across logistics, operations, and supplier relations. Assist with factory planning, process design, and development of SOPs and business plans.
  

• Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO. Attend meetings, manage cross-functional follow-ups, and provide structured updates to keep projects on track.
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years experience in project coordination, product operations, or strategic execution roles
  

• Strong communicator able to bridge between business and technical stakeholders
  

• Comfortable with autonomy and evolving scope
  

• Organized and process-oriented with a hands-on mindset
  

• Experience working with software vendors, logistics teams, or manufacturing projects is a plus
