Purpose

The International Banking Corporate & Investment Banking SIP & Execution Manager supports the execution of the Strategic Initiative Planning (SIP) cycle and regional governance processes across Corporate & Investment Banking within International Banking. This role contributes to ensuring SIP operates as a structured and disciplined planning process, while supporting governance, tracking, and executive reporting across regional strategic initiatives. Acting as a key coordinator across countries, Finance, Strategy, and functional partners, the role helps translate complex information into clear, structured, and decision-support materials. It plays an important role in enabling alignment, consistency, and high-quality execution across planning and governance routines.


What You'll Do:

  • Support the end-to-end Business Review cycle for IB Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Coordinate inputs and assist in the preparation of materials for local governance forums, regional governance and executive committees
  • Ensure timely delivery of clear, well-structured presentation materials
  • Support the execution of the SIP cycle across the region
  • Assist in the preparation of SIP deliverables, including country-level presentations, executive updates and other supporting materials
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across governance channels
  • Develop and maintain executive reporting materials, including dashboards, tracking reports, performance summaries
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear and concise insights
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all deliverables
  • Maintain and update standard templates and reporting formats
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Risk, and country teams to gather and validate information, ensure alignment of key messages and KPIs, and support consistency in reporting and communication across stakeholders
  • Support PMO activities for strategic initiatives and governance routines
  • Assist in the coordination of steering committees, governance meetings, and executive sessions
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
  • Help ensure outputs are delivered on time and meet required quality standards

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Spanish and English proficiency required.
  • Previous consulting experience is an asset

Work Arrangement:
This position is currently a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work 3-4 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
