THE OPPORTUNITY
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across Global Prairie and help connect exceptional candidates with meaningful opportunities to advance their career at a leading B Corp and 100% employee-owned company. You will partner with hiring leaders to clarify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, engage active and passive candidates, manage selection processes, and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Working closely with the Director, Talent Acquisition and other People & Operations leaders, you will translate organization-wide talent priorities into well-run searches, healthy pipelines, accurate recruiting operations, and timely hiring progress. You will also contribute practical insights from candidates and hiring teams to strengthen processes, tools, and talent programs. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented recruiter who combines sound judgment, strong organization, and hands-on execution. Success requires the ability to manage multiple searches, communicate clearly, protect confidential information, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience across a multitude of active searches.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Manages full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for assigned full-time and part-time roles, with ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
- Partners with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, referrals, networking, job boards, universities, and other relevant channels
- Sources and engages active and passive candidates while building pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Conducts candidate screening interviews and provides clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring teams
- Coordinates interviews, candidate communications, feedback collection, disposition decisions, and offer activities
- Delivers a timely, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment and hiring process
- Drafts, edits, posts, and maintains job descriptions and job postings that reflect current business needs
- Maintains accurate candidate records, communications, documentation, and workflows in the applicant tracking system
- Tracks recruiting activity, pipeline health, candidate experience, and hiring progress for regular reporting
- Provides hiring leaders and People & Operations leaders with proactive updates, market insights, risks, and recommended actions
- Supports recruiting process improvements, employer-brand initiatives, and adoption of talent acquisition tools and best practices
- Assists with contractor, freelancer, internship, Junior Associate, and early-career recruiting initiatives as needed
- Protects confidential candidate, team member, and company information with professionalism and care
Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success filling professional-level roles
- Experience sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates across multiple channels
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple open roles and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Experience with BambooHR ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, Handshake, or related recruiting technologies
- Experience in a marketing, communications, advertising, consulting, professional services, or creative agency environment is preferred, but not required
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
