Make an Impact as a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Worldwide

As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in shaping and leading Worldwide’s global recruitment strategy. You'll help ensure the organization attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across multiple regions and functions.

In this leadership role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and recruitment professionals worldwide to anticipate hiring needs, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and continuously improve recruitment performance. Your expertise will influence how talent is identified, assessed, and brought into the organization.

You'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of recruiters, oversee critical hiring initiatives, and use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment outcomes, processes, and stakeholder experiences.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Argentina. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Lead and continuously improve Worldwide's global recruitment strategy and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to proactively anticipate and meet talent acquisition needs.
• Advise stakeholders on effective sourcing approaches, recruitment strategies, and talent market trends.
• Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
• Champion a positive, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Oversee recruitment systems and processes to ensure they remain effective, current, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Manage external recruitment partners and vendors to build strong strategic relationships and support business objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing recruiters, preferably within a global organization.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, coach, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and drive recruitment strategies and hiring processes with confidence.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Business acumen and the ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English.
