Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
On-site presence required Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote, however, you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.
Description
The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role will ensure that total rewards strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives, while managing a team of rewards professionals to deliver effective programs.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with substantial focus on compensation and benefits
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in compensation analytics and HRIS systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required for data analysis and modeling (salary structures, incentive calculations, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS/compensation management software (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, or other payroll/benefits systems) is important
- The candidate should be comfortable working with large data sets, performing market benchmarking, and using tools or surveys
- Knowledge and Compliance:
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and regulations is required
- This includes familiarity with relevant laws and guidelines (such as FLSA for wage and hour, ERISA for benefits, ACA for healthcare, COBRA for continuation coverage, and other applicable federal/state laws)
- The candidate should also understand market trends in total rewards (e.g., emerging benefits, shifting pay strategies) to ensure our programs remain modern and competitive
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to interpret compensation and benefits data, perform cost analyses, and align programs with financial constraints and business strategy
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex total rewards concepts and data in a clear, persuasive manner to employees, executives, and HR partner
- Demonstrated capability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR business partners, Finance, Legal, and line managers is crucial
