Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex intercompany financial transaction engagements.
- Perform valuations, financial analyses, economic modeling, and benchmarking studies.
- Advise multinational clients on intercompany financing, treasury structures, captive finance arrangements, cash pooling, guarantees, and other related-party financial transactions.
- Support clients with valuation matters involving business assets, intangible property, and group restructurings.
- Collaborate with other EY tax and advisory teams in our integrated projects.
- Develop client relationships with existing and new clients.
- Supervise and manage assignments by Consultants and Seniors in the group.
- Manage various projects and workflows thoroughly and accurately.
- Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.
Your Profile
- 4-6+ years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, financial transactions, transaction advisory, investment analysis, treasury advisory, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to tax or transfer pricing is not a prerequisite.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financing structures, valuation methodologies, and economic analysis.
- Experience performing financial modeling, credit analyses, and benchmarking studies.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Market and client focused.
- Demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in a Big 4, consulting firm, banking environment, valuation practice, or transaction advisory team is highly valued.
