This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of web development, conversion rate optimization, and AI-enabled development. You'll be responsible for ensuring Loopio's website is fast, scalable, visually compelling, easy to maintain, and most importantly, effective at turning visitors into pipeline. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical WordPress expertise with a growth mindset. You should be comfortable building custom Gutenberg blocks, creating interactive web experiences using GSAP and modern animation techniques, diagnosing and improving landing page conversion performance, and leveraging Claude Code or other AI coding agents to ship high-quality web experiences faster. This is not a traditional "ticket-taking" web developer role. You'll help shape how Loopio builds and optimizes its website. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the ongoing development, maintenance, performance, and evolution of Loopio's marketing website and related web properties. Translate growth, brand, product marketing, SEO, and campaign requirements into optimized web experiences. Maintain a scalable website architecture that enables the marketing team to launch and iterate quickly without sacrificing performance or consistency Work comfortably with WordPress custom block editor concepts including block.json, custom block development, static vs. dynamic blocks, templates, patterns, and reusable components. Identify technical debt and proactively recommend improvements to the website's development processes. Partner closely with Loopio's design team to translate Figma concepts into polished, responsive, production-ready experiences. Use AI coding agents to accelerate page development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, QA, and repetitive development work. Explore emerging capabilities such as MCP servers, coding agents, automated testing, browser automation, and agent-based development workflows to continuously improve how Loopio builds for the web. Partner closely with Growth Marketing to develop and execute Loopio's CRO and website experimentation roadmap to create measurable improvements to conversion performance. Build and launch A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, navigation, CTAs, forms, page structure, messaging, and user journeys Work with Marketing Operations to troubleshoot issues involving lead capture, enrichment, routing, attribution, tracking, and CRM handoffs. Own the hosting and management of Loopio.com and the associated website on cloud hosting platform. What You’ll Bring To The Team: 4+ years of experience in web development, management, or a comparable role, ideally within B2B SaaS. Deep hands on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites. Experience working with Gutenberg and modern WordPress block architecture, ideally including Full Site Editing. Experience with GSAP or comparable JavaScript animation libraries is highly valued. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript and PHP, with React experience highly valued. Strong understanding of responsive development, accessibility, browser compatibility, performance optimization, and technical SEO. Support website-to-CRM integrations across HubSpot and Salesforce, including form configuration, field mapping, lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution and data capture Experience working within Git/GitHub branch-based development workflows. Demonstrated use of AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow. Advanced experience with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or comparable terminal-based AI development tools. Demonstrated experience running CRO experiments and A/B tests that produced measurable improvements in conversion or business outcomes.
