Our Aftersales team is seeking a Parts Wholesales & Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward. The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the automotive parts business across both Garage and Wholesale channels for all brands under Inchcape HK. The role oversees the Fieldman Team, Customer Order Centre, and Wholesale Team to achieve sales and profitability targets while promoting Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Maxus genuine parts and key aftermarket brands. In addition, the role is expected to provide strong business analysis, reporting, and project support to drive data-based decision-making and continuous business improvement. What you'll do Oversee the parts sales business across garage and wholesale channels to achieve revenue, profitability, and P&L targets. Lead and develop the Fieldman Team, Customer Order Centre, and Wholesale Team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Promote Toyota, Lexus, Hino and Maxus Genuine Parts, as well as aftermarket brands including Bosch, Shell, and Caltex. Manage customer enquiries and business requests from garages, HKG, wholesalers, and YF, ensuring timely and professional support. Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and sales channels, including e-commerce platforms. Provide parts-related support for vehicle sales tenders and projects across various sales teams. Prepare and analyze sales reports, business performance indicators, and market intelligence to support management decision-making. Collaborate with OEM partners and Inchcape stakeholders on business initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement programs. About you To be successful in this role you will be: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automotive parts sales, with extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong automotive parts market. Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering sustainable business growth Strong understanding of genuine and aftermarket automotive parts products and distribution channels. Excellent analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Passionate about achieving sales targets and motivating high-performing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and AI tools will be an advantage. Proficient inCantonese, English and Mandarin.
