Responsibilities
YOUR TASKS:
- You advise leading international pharma clients on strategic and transformational topics, with a particular focus on Commercial, Growth, M&A, Operations, and AI
- You manage challenging client projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and tangible impact for our clients
- You develop pragmatic solutions across commercial strategy, growth, transactions, operational performance, and AI-enabled transformation
- You lead and develop project teams, coach junior colleagues, and foster strong collaboration within the team
- You contribute to business development by identifying client needs, developing proposals, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- You lead and develop project teams and mentor and coach colleagues in your team
- You work on innovative consulting and R&D topics such as new modalities (ATMPs), biologies, induction or the future of health
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE:
- You acquired an excellent university degree – a background in pharma/life science/medicine, and/or finance would be a plus
- You have multiple years of experience in a strategic consulting company in a similar role or relevant industry experience in project leadership roles, for example within inhouse consulting
- You possess a strong managerial toolkit and proven track record in successfully executing/managing client projects
- You gained profound leadership experience
- You are experienced in developing and selling solutions to pharma/biotech clients in the DACH region
- You have a relevant emerging network in the life science industry (pharma/biotech market) to the main decision-makers
- You are fluent in English and German
