Als Manager:in CSMO Office / Referent:in der Geschäftsführung arbeitest Du direkt an der Seite des Chief Sales & Marketing Officer von BERNER. Du bist nah an zentralen Entscheidungen der Geschäftsführung, nimmst an Senior Management Meetings teil und unterstützt dabei, unser Direktvertriebs- und Omnichannel-Modell für über 5.000 Vertriebler:innen weiterzuentwickeln – mit Wirkung auf Vertrieb, Marketing und das Gesamtunternehmen.

Diese Rolle ist der ideale Einstieg für Berater:innen, die den nächsten Schritt in eine Konzernkarriere gehen möchten: nah am Top-Management, mit hoher Sichtbarkeit, strategischem Anspruch und direkter Verantwortung ab dem ersten Tag.

Du bereitest Senior Management Meetings inhaltlich vor, nimmst daran teil, strukturierst Entscheidungsgrundlagen und hältst zentrale Prioritäten konsequent nach. Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du ausgewählte strategische Projekte und agierst als Sparringspartner:in des CSMO.

Zur Rolle gehört auch, den CSMO im Alltag pragmatisch und professionell zu entlasten – inklusive Termin- und Reiseplanung, Buchungen sowie Reisekostenabrechnung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Inhaltliche Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Nachbereitung von Senior Management Meetings

  • Erstellung von Analysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Executive Präsentationen

  • Steuerung und Nachhalten strategischer Themen mit Relevanz für das Gesamtunternehmen

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Direktvertriebs- und Omnichannel-Modells

  • Sparring des CSMO bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen

  • Koordination zwischen CSMO, Geschäftsführung, Direct Reports und relevanten Schnittstellen

  • Pragmatische Entlastung des CSMO im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei Terminen, Reisen und Reisekosten

Du bringst mit

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer der Top Unternehmensberatungen

  • Sehr starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

  • Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Diskretion

  • Souveränes Auftreten in Senior Management Kontexten

  • Exzellente PowerPoint- und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft, strategische Arbeit mit pragmatischer operativer Unterstützung zu verbinden
