Lead an established brand and take responsibility for its next chapter. Cozy Heaven is a German premium bedding brand and part of Everest. As Managing Director, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for the complete business, bringing product, customer experience, commercial performance and operations together. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining long-term direction with close involvement in day-to-day execution. What you will build Own the company P&L, operating plan and quality of growth. Lead the team and strengthen the brand, products and customer experience. Connect pricing, marketing, inventory and working-capital decisions. Work with Everest to apply technology and capture operating knowledge that can strengthen the wider group. The opportunity Take a company-wide leadership role with direct responsibility for building an enduring brand, supported by the knowledge and capabilities of the wider group. Location Amsterdam · Regular time in Germany Start date 1 November 2026 Experience leading an inventory-led commerce business with meaningful P&L responsibility. Strong commercial and financial judgment across brand, customer acquisition, margins, stock and cash. A track record of leading teams and specialists, with professional fluency in German and English.
