What You’ll Do
Interpret conversations accurately and completely between Mandarin and English.
Maintain impartiality and confidentiality during assignments.
Listen attentively and communicate information clearly.
Follow professional standards and company procedures.
Prepare for assignments and maintain professional conduct.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
The ability to convey information accurately in both languages.
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Availability to meet the position’s scheduling requirements.
Previous interpreting experience is not required. Backgrounds in customer service, administration, education, or other communication-focused roles may be helpful, but fluency in both languages is essential.

Position Details
Employment type: Full-time
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Schedule: 7–8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with 2 days off. Shifts may include daytime or overnight schedules aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Compensation: USD $7.00 per hour logged in
Payment terms: Net 10 (NET10)
Training: 3 weeks of paid, certified training
Language requirements: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
