Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with inquiries and bookings. Manage flight bookings and re-bookings efficiently Provide direct sales and after-sale support Maintain high-quality service standards Requirements C1 proficiency in Mandarin  & fluent in English Grade 12 Certificate Customer service experience A home office setup with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident Willingness to do shift work Soft Skills Strong customer orientation with a genuine desire to help Friendly, supportive, and patient demeanour Excellent problem-solving and results-driven mindset Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Efficient, organized, and self-motivated working style Salary: N$26, 500.00 CTC Working hours: Rotational shifts  05:00-13:30 06:00-14:30 08:00-16:30 9:00-17:30 10:30-19:00 13:30-22:00 15:30-24:00 Benefits: Flight rebate benefits Bonus and annual leave Subsidized maternity leave medical aid included in CTC and 100% payable by the employee Equipment: Provided If this sounds like the opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you!
