M3C est à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste d'affaires en maintenance et gestion des stocks JDE (ID715) pour l'un de nos clients du secteur minier. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent offert en 100 % télétravail avec possibilité de déplacements occasionnels selon les besoins des projets et des sites.

Responsabilités:

• Assurer le soutien fonctionnel quotidien et le dépannage des modules Maintenance et Inventaire de JDE EnterpriseOne;
  
• Analyser les processus d'affaires et recommander des améliorations afin d'optimiser les opérations de maintenance et la gestion des inventaires;
  
• Participer à la configuration, à la résolution d'incidents, aux essais fonctionnels et à la documentation des solutions;
  
• Soutenir les projets, les améliorations, les intégrations et les interfaces avec des systèmes tiers liés aux processus de maintenance;
  
• Coordonner les activités avec les utilisateurs clés et les parties prenantes afin de définir et maintenir les standards opérationnels;
  
• Assurer les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT), le soutien aux utilisateurs finaux, la formation et le transfert de connaissances.
  

M3C is seeking a JDE Maintenance and Inventory Management Business Analyst (ID715) for one of our clients in the mining sector. This is a permanent position offered as 100% remote work, with the possibility of occasional travel depending on project and site needs.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving maintenance and inventory management processes in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE). Working closely with operational teams, key users, and application teams, he or she will contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and the deployment of solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for the Maintenance and Inventory modules of JDE EnterpriseOne;
  
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize maintenance operations and inventory management;
  
• Participate in configuration, incident resolution, functional testing, and documentation of solutions;
  
• Support projects, enhancements, integrations, and interfaces with third-party systems related to maintenance processes;
  
• Coordinate activities with key users and stakeholders to define and maintain operational standards;
  
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), provide end-user support, and deliver training and knowledge transfer.
  

Profil

Exigences:

• Expérience significative avec JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particulièrement dans les modules Maintenance et Gestion des inventaires;
  
• Bonne compréhension des processus de maintenance et des opérations de gestion d'actifs dans un environnement industriel;
  
• Expérience en analyse des besoins, configuration, essais fonctionnels, dépannage et soutien en production;
  
• Capacité à travailler directement avec les utilisateurs d'affaires et à traduire leurs besoins en solutions JDE concrètes;
  
• Excellentes aptitudes d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication;
  
• Bilinguisme français et anglais requis; la connaissance de l'espagnol constitue un atout;
  
• Une expérience dans le secteur minier, dans une organisation multisite ainsi qu'une connaissance des processus d'approvisionnement et de finance constituent des atouts importants.
  

Requirements:

• Significant experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly in the Maintenance and Inventory Management modules;
  
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset management operations in an industrial environment;
  
• Experience in requirements analysis, configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and production support;
  
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate their needs into concrete JDE solutions;
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  
• Bilingual in French and English required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
  
• Experience in the mining industry within a multi-site organization, as well as knowledge of procurement and finance processes, are significant assets.
