Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Analyze financial data to support business decisions Monitor company performance and budget variances Assist in financial planning and strategic analysis Support management with insights and recommendations Maintain accurate financial models and reporting tools Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in BPO or Shared Service Industry supporting US accounts and process • 3+ years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial analysis. • Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting principles, and audit methodologies. • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) • Knowledgeable with IFRS and US GAAP • Willing to work on a fixed night shift
