Manpower Recruitment Executive

Location: Mumbai | Uttar Pradesh | Bihar

Work Model: Remote, with required field travel

We are looking for a Manpower Recruitment Executive to source and mobilise skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled civil/construction workers for our manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and connect with skilled and unskilled civil workers through local networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with labour communities and local contacts.
• Identify suitable workers according to project requirements.
• Coordinate worker mobilisation and recruitment.
• Travel to local areas and labour sites whenever required.
• Maintain regular communication with workers and recruitment teams.

Requirements

• Strong Hindi & English communication skills.
• Good knowledge and connections within local labour communities.
• Experience in manpower sourcing, recruitment or labour mobilisation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel whenever required.
