Manager, Manufacturing Analytics
Sonova is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Analytics to design, build, and maintain the analytics environment for the Americas region. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on developing scalable reporting and dashboard solutions that connect manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, labor, and financial performance into one decision-support framework.
Responsibilities:
• Build and own an analytics environment for the Americas region
• Replace manual Excel-based reporting with automated Power BI solutions
• Establish scalable data models and a single version of the truth across reporting sources
• Develop extraction and transformation processes from SAP R3, ADP, data warehouses, and operational systems
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting packages
• Create analytics around labor efficiency, routing efficiency, productivity, utilization, production output, scrap, yield, material consumption, and inventory movement
• Build reporting capabilities for standard costing, absorption, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, P&L cost drivers, and working capital performance
More about you:
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance analytics, or manufacturing reporting
• Strong manufacturing background, including standard costing, variances, absorption, inventory, BOMs, and routings
• Expert-level Power BI development and data modeling experience
• Strong Power Query and data transformation experience
• Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, integration, and model design
• Hands-on experience with SAP R3 data structures and reporting
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $78,400 - $98,000. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
