Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter (1099 – 100% Commission | Remote) Company: Tech Talent Express (TTE Staffing) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based Preferred) Compensation: High Commission – Unlimited Earnings (1099 Independent Contractor) About the Opportunity Tech Talent Express is expanding its Freelance Recruiter Network and seeking experienced Senior Recruiters with established networks in manufacturing and engineering talent. This is a commission-only role designed for recruiters who already have access to candidates and want to maximize earnings without restrictions, quotas, or micromanagement. We currently support 20+ active roles ready to fill immediately , with a strong focus on skilled manufacturing and engineering talent.
