Position: Senior Recruiter for META Region (6-Month Contract)

Location: Remote (EMEA Time Zone)

Duration: Approximately 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support hiring across the META region during a period of increased hiring activity. This is a six-month contract opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who has successfully recruited across the META region and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the META region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-cycle Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Experience recruiting across the META region.
• Experience hiring for a variety of roles, including: Manufacturing (Indirect Labor), Industrial, Technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English.
