Recruiter (6 Month FTC)

What you'll do We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for a six-month assignment to help us manage a peak of hiring between now and December 2026. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You will take ownership of a portfolio of open positions and manage the recruitment process from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and hire. The recruitment portfolio will span several functions and European markets, with a particular focus on commercial, customer-facing and technology roles. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead, Head of HR and hiring managers across the business to build strong candidate pipelines, maintain pace throughout the process and ensure a professional candidate experience. We need someone who can become productive quickly, operate with a high degree of autonomy and confidently manage several vacancies across different functions and countries at the same time. What you bring Confirmed experience in full-cycle recruitment experience with s trong direct-sourcing and candidate-engagement skills. A track record of delivering in a fast-paced, scaling or high-volume environment. Strong screening, assessment and stakeholder-management skills. Confidence working autonomously and constructively challenging delays. Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data. Excellent written and spoken English. Availability to start ASAP and work across European time zones. It would be great if you also have Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or technology company. Experience hiring across several European countries. A strong track record recruiting commercial, customer-facing or technical roles. Fluency in French, German, Polish, Portuguese or another European language.
