About CADDi

At CADDi, our mission is to unleash the potential of manufacturing, and we provide the AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, "CADDi."

As AI pushes beyond the limits of intelligence, humanity increasingly runs into the limits of the physical world. The key to overcoming them is physical innovation driven by manufacturing. Our vision is to accelerate physical innovation 10x, and through CADDi we aim to accelerate innovation for our customers and for manufacturing as a whole.

Today, CADDi has offices in Japan, the United States, Vietnam and Thailand, and is used by customers in 22 countries, including more than half of the discrete manufacturers in the Nikkei 225. Even so, on the mountain we are climbing — unleashing the potential of manufacturing — we have barely begun. We are looking for people who share our mission and vision and want to make them real, to climb this mountain with us.

About CADDi Thailand

CADDi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is our base in Bangkok. Together with our team in Vietnam and members in Indonesia, we work with manufacturers across ASEAN, many of them Japanese companies, and Thailand is at the center of our ASEAN business.

About the role

Mission: Drive end-to-end transformation by partnering with clients — from executive alignment to hands-on frontline implementation and results.

CADDi is not a company that only makes software. We transform manufacturing by combining technology with the work of people — what we call the "Whole Product." This role is the human half of it: your work does not end when the recommendations are delivered.

You will work with manufacturers in Thailand, most of them Japanese companies, that use the CADDi AI Data Platform — the same platform used by manufacturers such as YKK and Yanmar. CADDi Thailand is a small team that is growing. The product is evolving, and so is the way we work in this market. You will help decide how we work here, rather than follow a finished playbook.

What you will do

Transformation Design and Delivery

  • Diagnose both the management agenda and the on-site reality of a customer's engineering, procurement and production processes, and identify where knowledge and data are lost, duplicated or unusable
  • Set the target state and the milestones to reach it together with customer management, and drive implementation until the new way of working is actually adopted

Customer Onboarding

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, working with cross-functional teams to provide the training and resources they need

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, from the plant floor to the C-suite, and keep solutions aligned with the customer's management agenda

Customer Engagement

  • Visit the floor. Adoption does not begin until the people doing the work are convinced, so you will spend time with them to understand how they actually operate, earn their trust, and remove obstacles to using the platform
  • Gather feedback continuously, address concerns, and turn feedback from the site into the next step of the transformation plan

Product and Industry Knowledge

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and stay ahead of how AI and data are changing manufacturing
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers

Renewals and Expansion

  • Manage customer renewals and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the Field Sales team

Knowledge and Reporting

  • Monitor engagement progress, detect risks early, and design and execute recovery plans on your own initiative
  • Report customer outcomes to leadership, and turn what works into repeatable practices so that the whole team's level rises

What we are looking for

Must have

  • 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
    • Consulting in any industry, with a genuine ambition to commit your career to manufacturing — one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world
    • Consulting or advisory work for manufacturing clients
    • In-house consulting, Kaizen, operational excellence, production engineering, industrial engineering (IE), or business improvement roles inside a manufacturer
    • Digitalization or smart factory initiatives at a manufacturing site — for example MES, IoT, production data or quality data projects, whether you led them or drove adoption on the floor
    • Sales or account management for manufacturing customers, where you worked deeply with specific customers to understand their problems and solve them together — not only taking orders
  • Native Thai and business-level English
  • A valid Thai driving licence, and willingness to drive to customer sites in upcountry areas
  • Interest in how manufacturing actually works, and willingness to learn it deeply on site
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders from the plant floor to management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and presentation tools

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production or a related engineering field
  • Experience working with Japanese manufacturers, especially in automotive and auto parts, or Japanese language skills
  • Experience implementing production planning systems, such as SAP PP/MM or MRP
  • Consulting experience delivering projects for manufacturing clients (strategy, operations, supply chain, or digital transformation)
  • Experience with Kaizen, TPS, IE, production engineering, or QCD improvement projects at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
  • Experience in DX or data utilization projects involving drawing, procurement, PLM/PDM, ERP or MES data
  • Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding and adoption
  • Track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite or plant-level management

We care more about how you think and what you have changed with your own hands than about your title. If your background is in consulting, engineering or sales and you want to transform manufacturing from the inside, please apply.

Who we are looking for

  • Real resonance with our mission — unleashing the potential of manufacturing — and with our vision of accelerating physical innovation 10x
  • Frustration with work that ends at the recommendation, and a deep desire to stay with customers until change is embedded, running and measurable
  • Ability to define what the customer's operation should look like and work backwards to the real problem, rather than only executing the given scope
  • Readiness to make the leap when the goal is not an extension of your past experience, using what you know without being limited by it
  • A habit of gathering information well beyond the immediate task, examining it from multiple angles, and arriving at your own insight rather than the expected answer
  • Initiative to set challenging goals without being told, and to see risks coming before they arrive
  • A builder's mentality aligned with our core culture of creating solutions from scratch ("Build the ship")
  • Culture impact rather than culture fit — not whether you will blend into the team as it is, but how the team will change for the better because you joined
  • Willingness to organize your expertise and pass it on, so that people around you get better because you are here
