You will host activities, assist with entertainment, and provide outstanding guest service. Assist in organizing and executing entertainment programs and social gatherings. Engage and interact with guests to enhance their onboard experience. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests. Work closely with the Entertainment Director and other departments to coordinate events. Support theater productions, deck parties, and other live performances as needed. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during activities and events. Represent the Margaritaville brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. etc. ⚓ REQUIEREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Relevant ship experience is preferred Good level of English language Ship experience is preferred Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
