Job Purpose and Location: In the heart of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, our client seeks a dynamic Margin & Pricing Implementation Program Manager. This role is crucial for driving excellence in margin management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Leading a global network to enhance margin stabilization, sharing best practices, and addressing performance challenges. Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure effective use of margin management tools and processes. Playing a key role in the development and implementation of a global Margin Management Performance Cycle, collaborating closely with Business Unit Leads to standardize reporting and KPIs. Crafting global standards and processes to elevate the Margin Management cycle's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights. Requirements: A robust academic background with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, with a strong preference for candidates holding advanced degrees. Demonstrated experience in a global, complex organization, especially in areas of pricing, margins, and leading change management initiatives. Proven project management skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects across multiple teams and international borders.
