You keep cool, stay organized, and help the ship run like a well-oiled… espresso machine. When things get a little bumpy (at sea or in the kitchen), you stay steady. You’ve got: ✅ STCW certificates ✅ Medical Fitness Certificate (MLC-compliant) ✅ Seaman’s Book ✅ Travel Passport ✅ Experience onboard and in rank (a big plus!) ✅ Good English skills (Marlins preferred) ✅ Spanish and/or French?
