As Market Insights and Partnership Lead , you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses, and generating actionable insights to support business growth and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Acting as both a data-driven analyst and the primary liaison to key industry associations, this role bridges internal performance metrics (sales, pricing, retail data) with external trade network insights, converting complex datasets and industry dialogue into actionable commercial roadmaps. Go-to-market Strategy Development Market Research and Analysis Strategic External Partnerships & Industry Engagement Business Intelligence and Insight Generation To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who: Knowledge of navigating large and complex organizations (engaging key executives and stakeholders) In-depth understanding of diverse sectors, adjacent markets, and commercial brands to support diversified energy strategies Proficiency in developing benchmarking tools, strategic marketing plans, and realistic execution timetables Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable business recommendations (data storytelling) Experience in developing databases, market dashboards and performance monitoring tools for strategic decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and business units What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or any 4-year related course Professional: At least 4-5 years experience in data analytics, market research, marketing, with experience in business strategy preferably in the Power Industry Our Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your Future At AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
