About the Role

Silverlight Research is looking for motivated Market Research Analysts to join our remote team. You will work on international research projects involving markets, companies, and industry professionals.

What You'll Do

• Research markets, companies, industries, and professionals using defined criteria
• Conduct structured outreach through approved channels
• Identify and screen relevant professionals for research projects
• Review and summarize expert profiles based on project requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate and research records
• Meet clear weekly research and outreach targets
• Work effectively with an international team

What You'll Bring

• 6–24 months of experience in research, recruitment, lead generation, sourcing, or a similar role
• Strong written English
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Personal computer/laptop
• Consistent availability during UK business hours
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
