NexPrime Agency is a digital marketing and web development agency serving businesses across Pakistan and international markets. We build websites, run SEO campaigns, and manage digital marketing for local and global clients. Our Pakistani market project sizes range from Rs 50,000 up to Rs 2,000,000+.

We're looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join us as commission-based Business Development Executives and help us grow our client base across Pakistan.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential business clients across Pakistan (small businesses, local service providers, growing companies)
• Pitch NexPrime's services: website development, SEO, and digital marketing packages
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, social media messaging, and email
• Follow up with leads and guide them through to a closed deal
• Coordinate with the NexPrime team for proposals, pricing, and onboarding once a client is interested
• Represent NexPrime professionally in every interaction

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills (Urdu and English both)
• Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred (not mandatory if you can demonstrate the right skills)
• Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, messaging, social platforms)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/web development (what SEO, websites, and online marketing involve)

Compensation — Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role. You earn a percentage of every project you close, paid after the client payment is received:

• Rs 50,000 – Rs 200,000 project value: 8% commission
• Rs 200,000 – Rs 500,000 project value: 12% commission
• Rs 500,000+ project value: 15–18% commission

Example: Close a Rs 300,000 project and you earn Rs 36,000. Close a Rs 1,000,000 project and you earn Rs 150,000–180,000.

There is no cap on how many deals you can close or how much you can earn. We'll consider top performers who consistently close deals for a more permanent, higher-trust role with NexPrime Agency.

Call/Outreach Allowance: Once you close your first deal, NexPrime will start providing a monthly call/outreach allowance to support your ongoing outreach.
