Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Quick Cuts is hiring a high-caliber Senior Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring across all agency roles (Video Editors, Project Managers, Sales, Outreach, SEO, Legal, etc.). Your core objective is to source top-tier talent efficiently without wasting time, energy, or agency capital.

• End-to-End Sourcing & Screening: Headhunt and evaluate candidates using scenario-based, logical, and performance-driven interviews.
• Filter Efficiency: Eliminate unqualified applicants early to protect agency resources.
• Exclusivity: Focus 100% on agency hiring goals.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core recruiting experience in creative, technical, and sales domains (Freshers/Juniors will be rejected immediately).
• Commitment: Must stop all freelance/side projects and commit exclusively to this role.
• Assessment Skills: Proven ability to accurately evaluate portfolios, technical skills, and candidate logic.

• Hours: 5 Hours / Day (4:00 AM – 9:00 AM PKT) | 5 Days / Week
• Engagement: Part-time / Remote (25 Hours/Week)
• Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (With performance-based increment & promotion opportunities)
• Salary: PKR 60,000 / month
