Marketing Account Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. Account Manager – Marketing Company Location: Remote (Company Based in Canada) Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EDT Starting Wage: $1,000 USD per Month About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our marketing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new leads, converting them into active accounts, and ensuring long-term client retention by providing high-level service. This position is ideal for someone who understands technology (no coding required), is a natural problem solver, and can clearly articulate complex concepts in a way that clients understand. Follow up and engage with leads to convert them into active clients. Effectively communicate the company’s services and value proposition. Account Management & Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure long-term retention. Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Reporting & Communication: Regularly update clients with reports and insights. Explain data and performance metrics in a clear and actionable way. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries. Familiarity with technology and digital marketing (no coding required). Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for growth . Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
