About the role: In this role, you will turn numbers into insights, ensuring our marketing stays sharp and effective. From analysing campaign efficiency to connecting marketing and product analytics, you’ll spot growth opportunities and track performance with precision. Your work will directly influence data-driven decisions, keeping our marketing activities stable, scalable, and impactful. With strong results, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow in seniority and potentially lead the department in the future. In this role, you will Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution). Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns. Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance. Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation. It’s all about you At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance issues, and communicate actionable insights to managers for decision-making. Strong SQL Strong problem identification skills with critical thinking and a clear understanding of cause-and-effect relationships. Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
