Requirements Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Management: - Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. - Segment email lists based on target demographics and behaviors. - Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). Newsletter Creation: - Develop and curate content for newsletters, ensuring relevance and value for the audience. - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality newsletters. - Optimize newsletters for maximum engagement and deliverability. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze email marketing performance data to identify trends and insights. - Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness. - Use A/B testing and other methods to continually optimize email marketing strategies. Strategy Development: - Assist in the development of email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. - Identify opportunities for automation and personalization to enhance user experience. Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. -Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing and newsletter management. Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
