About The Role

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including cold outreach and nurture sequences.
• Manage LinkedIn campaigns (outreach, messaging, and audience targeting) to generate high-quality leads.
• Support lead generation efforts by building, segmenting, and enriching prospect databases.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the growth team to test messaging, positioning, and new campaign ideas.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email campaign tools (e.g., Reply.io, Apollo, Instantly etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / outreach automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Attention to detail, with strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience with basic social media management or content scheduling tools.
