Key Responsibilities
- Analyse marketing performance across SEO, SEM, paid, email, social, and events.
- Track campaign ROI, CAC, conversions, and other marketing KPIs.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyse the MQL → SQL → Closed-Won funnel and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
- Work with marketing teams to measure campaign and launch performance.
- Analyse customer and account data for B2B SaaS segmentation and targeting.
- Prepare reports and presentations for marketing and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate data across CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Support marketing budget tracking and forecasting.
