Role overview
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern with 0–6 Months of experience and a strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and analytical problem-solving. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career candidate interested in applying statistical concepts to real-world marketing problems, particularly in areas such as incrementality measurement, experimentation, marketing effectiveness, forecasting, and causal analysis. The candidate will work with the Analytics team on marketing datasets from multiple platforms and help answer important business questions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse marketing performance across campaigns, channels, audiences, regions, and funnel stages.
- Support incrementality analysis and experimentation to understand the true impact of marketing activities.
- Apply statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, regression, correlation, and statistical significance.
- Use Python and/or SQL for data preparation, exploratory analysis, statistical modelling, and automation.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, relationships, and actionable insights.
- Explore Claude Code and other AI-assisted coding tools to improve analytical and development workflows.
- Support data validation and quality checks across multiple marketing and analytics data sources.
- Assist with dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Gain hands-on exposure to modern data environments, including Snowflake and AWS.
- 0–6months of relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant academic/project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in statistics and probability.
- Basic understanding of concepts such as regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and statistical significance.
- Basic working knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in incrementality, experimentation, causal measurement, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to work with data and communicate analytical findings clearly.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical methodologies and technologies.
