GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Marketing and Business Operations Manager. This position will work from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.
Work time will shift to better hours over time.
Job Description
The Marketing and Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading marketing, vendor management, and business operations for a growing HR consulting and recruiting firm, reporting directly to the President and COO with regular coordination across leadership, accounting, and operations teams. This is a broad, hands-on role that spans marketing content creation and campaign execution, vendor and partner relationship management, back office and team operations, accounting and finance support, and product and strategic support, making it well suited for a candidate who thrives managing an evolving scope independently once given direction. The Marketing and Business Operations Manager will develop and deliver sales enablement content, manage a full social media content calendar, oversee HubSpot marketing operations, run paid social media ad campaigns, maintain website content, and direct an offshore design team through iterative creative feedback. This role also owns internal operating playbooks, supports employee benefits administration, assists with contractor payroll calculations and billing audits, and contributes to new service productization and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate brings 3 or more years of experience in a hybrid marketing and business operations role within the HR, recruiting, or staffing industry, strong B2B writing skills, hands-on HubSpot experience, moderate design proficiency in Canva, and a highly effective approach to AI-assisted content creation that maintains an authentic and non-generic brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor and Partner Management
- Manage all active vendor and partner relationships and renewals including recruiting platforms, HR software, marketing and design partners, and benefits brokers, overseeing contacts, pricing, billing, cancellations, and scheduled trainings
- Evaluate and onboard new marketing and operations tools as business needs evolve
Marketing Content Creation and Brand
- Develop and deliver sales enablement content including one-pagers, brochures, sales decks, and client-specific presentations using Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint, and train sales and leadership on how to use new materials
- Create original marketing content across formats including eBooks, infographics, cheatsheets, case studies, press releases, and blog posts to build brand authority and support the sales funnel
- Write copy for and build full sales conversion landing pages including offers, value propositions, testimonials, and calls to action
- Own the weekly social media content calendar and posting cadence across all channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business
- Write and publish weekly thought leadership blog content in the company voice
- Manage podcast and webinar promotion via social media and email marketing, coordinate with hosts and partners, and create short-form clips for promotional use
- Create marketing and explainer videos for new marketing products, including AI-generated formats, and educate the team on all marketing content updates
- Build and maintain partner and referral marketing pages and tracking including referral source fields and partner-specific landing pages
- Collect and manage client testimonials and case studies, developing select stories into compelling ROI-driven case studies
Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all materials
- Keep shared folders and knowledge bases updated to reflect new and changed services
Marketing Operations and Campaign Support
- Develop and structure content and marketing materials and direct the offshore design team through iterative feedback to execute visual design, including light design edits independently using Canva
- Manage HubSpot for all marketing and event activity including contacts, campaigns, workflows, and event tracking
- Manage paid social media ad campaigns including setup, launch, budget tracking, and performance analysis across CTR, CPC, and CPA metrics to guide optimization
- Help promote and track company events through flyers, social media, HubSpot event tracking, email invites, and attendee management
- Maintain and update core website content via WordPress including resources, testimonials, bios, and case studies
- Support client-specific marketing requests such as custom employer branding design work
- Support ad hoc lead generation initiatives including outbound email campaigns as directed by leadership
- Maintain the master sales enablement library including materials directory, battlecards, and pricing reference documents, ensuring accurate service pricing and correct access permissions
Back Office and Team Operations
Document and maintain internal operating and delivery playbooks
- Support employee benefits administration and broker relations including claims, renewals, and employee communications
- Provide light business analytics support to leadership including account performance and risk flag reporting
- Onboard and offboard team members including CSMs, recruiters, offshore hires, and interns, managing software and platform access
- Maintain internal onboarding and training materials for new team members
- Maintain company internal documents including the holiday calendar and team roster
Monitor, investigate, and respond to public reviews and grievances
Accounting and Finance Support
- Run bi-monthly contractor payroll calculations and provide to leadership for processing
- Track contractor bonuses and incentives tied to upsells and cross-sells
- Send delinquent accounts receivable escalations to collections
- Assist with periodic client billing audits to confirm accurate invoicing
Product and Strategic Support
- Support new service and product ideation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy including buyer personas and competitor analysis
- Build pricing structures and margin calculations for new and existing services
- Package new materials, offerings, and campaign types into repeatable products and train the team on how to deliver them
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in a marketing and business operations generalist role or a similar hybrid role spanning marketing, operations, and light finance
Experience in the HR, recruiting, or staffing industry is required
- Strong writer capable of producing original, on-brand B2B content across formats for sales use including blogs, one-pagers, presentations, and eBooks without reliance on generic AI-generated copy
- Experience setting up, launching, and analyzing paid social media ad campaigns including budget tracking and performance metrics across CTR, CPC, and CPA
- Moderate design skills using Canva and experience directing external design and creative resources through feedback and creative direction
- Highly proficient AI tool user with the ability to write clear, effective prompts and iterate on output to accelerate content creation while maintaining an authentic and non-generic brand voice
- Strong vendor and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple external relationships simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform including building segments, marketing emails, workflows, reporting, and managing assets
- Comfortable with spreadsheet-based financial calculations and pricing and margin modeling including payroll totals, margin math, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
Basic WordPress or similar website management experience
Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic video editing experience using Canva, Synthesia, or similar AI video tools
Strong software skills with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including client-facing and vendor-facing correspondence
- Self-starter who can take direction remotely, work independently, and flag issues proactively
- Must be US-based and available for regular check-ins and meetings during CST business hours
Experience with productization scoping and delivery is a plus
Experience building sales enablement, pricing, or margin models is a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting and job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and programmatic advertising is a plus
