Focusrite Group is a global leader in music and audio technology - the company behind some of the most beloved and trusted brands in the industry. From bedroom producers making their first recording to Grammy-winning engineers shaping the sound of modern music, millions of creators worldwide rely on Focusrite hardware and software every single day. We are a company built by musicians, for musicians, with a genuine passion for helping people realize their creative potential. With a portfolio spanning professional audio interfaces, cutting-edge MIDI controllers, and studio-grade signal processing, Focusrite Group sits at the intersection of technology and artistry in a way few companies can claim. If you want to build your career inside an organization where the product actually matters to people, and artists name-drop the gear in interviews, this is the place.

About Our Brand Portfolio

Our Americas marketing and sales team supports leading music technology brands, including Focusrite, Novation, ADAM Audio, Oberheim, and Sequential. Working with artists, influencers, dealers, and media, this role offers broad exposure to campaigns, events, and product launches.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Product & Stock Management

  • Process product seeding and demo orders with full administrative follow-through in NetSuite, ensuring accurate loan records, policy adherence, and timely returns
  • Locate inventory from storage, complete professional pack-outs, generate FedEx labels, and manage all shipment pickups and returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional storage unit - gear, accessories, and event equipment always event-ready

Event Coordination Support

  • Own the full logistics cycle for events: find, pack, log, ship, receive, break down, and restore gear after each activation
  • Manage and replenish stock levels for branded merchandise, cables, and event materials so nothing runs out when it matters most

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Collaborate on artist and influencer campaigns - assist with talent sourcing and coordinate NDAs and partnership agreements
  • Track media and dealer partner campaign data; surface insights and analysis to brand managers to support decision-making
  • Provide flexible support across any artist, event, or campaign initiative as brand managers require
  • Process all shipping for branded merchandise, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing items in coordination with Marketing, HR, and leadership

Sales Administration & Pricing Support

  • Manage day-to-day marketplace pricing research and maintain accurate competitive pricing insights
  • Audit and maintain dealer email distribution lists to ensure communications reach the correct contacts
  • Build and organize monthly promotional documents and dealer communications
  • Create, update, and organize brand price lists for internal and dealer use
  • Support Sales and Finance with promotional scanback administration and auditing

General & Office Support

  • Handle local driving as needed: FedEx drop-offs and pickups, collecting print materials, sourcing supplies - valid CA driver's license required
  • Provide light office administration: ordering supplies, supporting building management, and keeping the team's workspace functional and stocked

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Are early in your career and eager to learn and grow within an experienced team.
  • Love technology - audio, visual, gaming, computers - the boxes, the cables - You're naturally curious about how things work, how they connect, and you're happiest setting things up, troubleshooting them, or making them work better.
  • Get energized by being the person who makes everything run smoothly - you find real satisfaction in flawless logistics and zero dropped balls
  • Take ownership instinctively — when you see something that needs doing, you do it without waiting to be asked
  • Own your work completely - when something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, communicate it, and learn from it.
  • Are naturally organized to a fault - color-coded folders, labeled boxes, and clean tracking spreadsheets are your love language
  • Communicate clearly and proactively - you send the update before anyone has to ask
  • Don't believe any task is beneath you - whether you're packing an event, organizing a storage unit, or helping launch a major campaign, you care about doing it exceptionally well.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, logistics, or a similarly process-driven role
  • Genuine excitement about building a career in marketing, sales, and brand management
  • Required experience in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks without losing accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude

  • Direct exposure to artist campaigns, brand activations, and marketing and sales operations across multiple iconic brands
  • A team culture that genuinely values execution and rewards people who show up and grow
