Role Overview As a Marketing Assistant , you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand promotion while working in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms. Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram. Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to optimize campaigns. Support in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and reports. Monitor and track marketing performance metrics. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Assist in organizing marketing events and collaborations. Requirements Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
