The Role

You will execute BeautyScale's content and visibility strategy. Your focus is LinkedIn and our podcast all

produced and managed through our own marketing platform. You create high-quality content, track its performance with data and analytics, and work closely with Sales and the Founders to align messaging with commercial priorities

What You'll Do

• Write and publish LinkedIn content for profiles and company pages.

• Produce and manage content through our marketing platform.

• Coordinate podcast production: topics, prep, structure, publishing.

• Repurpose content across posts, snippets, and other formats.

• Track performance with data and analytics; report weekly and monthly.

• Maintain a clear content calendar with consistent tone and positioning.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years in marketing or content roles.

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy and personal branding.

• Comfortable producing content and reading performance analytics.

• Experience or strong interest in podcasts and storytelling.

• Fluent English. French is a strong plus.

• Autonomous, organised, reliable, and remote-ready.
