You’re not just an employee, you’re part of something bigger! 🚀 Job Overview As the Marketing Associate based in Ghana, your role will primarily focus on supporting our dynamic marketing team in the execution of exceptional campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass email marketing, website management, and social media marketing, playing a vital part in the tactical implementation of our strategies. Working in an associate capacity, you will contribute to the creation of engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Create, schedule and monitor engaging content across Foundervine's social media channels. Engage with followers, and respond to queries promptly, fostering audience engagement and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is informative and appealing. Work on social media ads to drive more recruitment and manage ad performance for maximum conversion Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to enhance our online presence. Video Creation and Editing Mastery of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools. Ability to cut, trim, and arrange footage, add transitions, overlays, and special effects. A creative mindset to enhance video content with engaging visuals, graphics, and storytelling elements. Understanding of various video formats and the ability to optimise videos for different platforms and devices. Knowledge of compression techniques to balance video quality and file size. Design & Brand: Utilise graphic design tools to create ads, banners, video edits for social media and other promotions. Design marketing collateral as per templates provided Ensure Foundervine's brand guidelines are adhered to and represented in all communications. Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email campaigns using HubSpot. Analyse and report on email campaign performance in HubSpot. Assist in the creation and refinement of email marketing strategies. Web Content Management: Update and manage content on our Wix website. Create new pages as per the design provided, and update copy and visuals as required using Wix. Optimise web content for SEO. Copywriting & Marketing Support: Develop a range of materials (including social media copy, Medium blogs, surveys, website copy, case studies, and press releases). Provide support to the marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on website management, email marketing and social media management. Strong skills in Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar design tools. Strong skills in Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or other similar video editing tools Proven ability to write compelling prose with a high level of accuracy. Experience working with social media management, email marketing and CMS tools. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to multitask, work to strict deadlines, and a high level of attention to detail. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive, and a team player.
