Assignment Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist for our client in the banking sector. In this role, you will execute marketing automation activities to drive business KPIs, such as product sales targets for PeB FI, acting as a backfill for specialists on extended leave or job rotation.

Must-Have Knowledge and Experience:

• Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or a similar field.
• Documented experience (> 2 years) with omni-channel campaign building in Marketing Automation solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, or similar.
• Experience with Data Science and web analytics using tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and/or Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish is considered a strong advantage.
• Preferred: Experience working in Agile teams or SAFe frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge and Experience:

• Background in the finance industry.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
