Position Summary The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will lead efforts to promote D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc.’s services, strengthen referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, and enhance visibility throughout the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, schools, and other potential referral sources. Create and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives. Manage social media presence and promotional content (when applicable). Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. Represent D-POM, LLC/PGIC, Inc. at networking and community events (when applicable). Track outreach, referrals, and marketing performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required). At least 2 years of marketing, outreach, business development, or sales experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
